Maybe you want to compare volume by route or cartons. Maybe you want to compare cost of deliveries in different cities or countries. Or maybe you want to visualize a move into new markets or 3PL carriers. The possibilities are endless but whatever it is, I can create a visual dashboard similar to this one that makes collaborating and making business decisions a little bit easier.

The purpose of this visual is to allow comparison for different routes (think zones or territories), zip codes, and cities with respect to the number of daily stops and cartons.

How Can We Use This?

Example: You operate a daily linehaul between Eindhoven and Alkmaar, with consistently filled cargo on the outbound trip but face deadhead on the return leg. Upper management decides they want to add bulk deliveries to the return leg to eliminate deadhead. Using historical volume data and the map we can propose optimal locations such as Rotterdam or Arnhem to add bulk stops.

What makes this tool valuable? It’s versatility. We can also optimize the location stops by subdividing regions like Rotterdam into specific areas, making it very flexible to achieving goals.
